BOQ Management Page - Quick Reference

Access the BOQ Page

Option 1: Via Sidebar Navigation

1. Log in to workPro dashboard
2. In left sidebar, find Administration section
3. Click BOQ link
4. Page loads with your accessible data

Page Features Overview

1. DataTable Display

• Shows all BOQ entries with 13 important columns
• Sortable columns (click header)
• Searchable across all fields
• Paginated (10, 25, 50, 100 rows per page)

Data Columns in Table

1. BOQ ID - Unique identifier
2. Project - Project name
3. DC Name - Data center location
4. Activity - Work activity type
5. Schedule - Scheduled timeline
6. Feeder - Feeder designation
7. Item Code - Item identifier
8. Total Qty - Total quantity to complete
9. Done Qty - Quantity already completed
10. Vendor - Contractor/Vendor name
11. Status - Current status (color-coded badge)
12. Assigned To - Assigned user name
13. Field User - Field work user name

Status Colors

Role-Based Access

Who Can Access BOQ?

• ✅ Admin - Full access to all data
• ✅ Admin DC - Only sees their assigned DC
• ✅ Project Manager - Only sees their assigned DC
• ✅ Supervisor - Only sees their assigned DC

Data Filtering by Role

• Admin users: See all BOQ entries
• Non-admin users: Only see entries from their assigned DC

How to Use Filters

Filter by Single Field

1. Click the dropdown for the field
2. Select an option
3. Table updates automatically

Filter by Multiple Fields

1. Select multiple filters (e.g., Project + Status)
2. All filters apply simultaneously
3. Table shows only matching records

Clear All Filters

1. Click "Clear Filters" button
2. All dropdowns reset to "-- All --"
3. Table shows all data again

How to Export Data

Export to Excel

1. Click Excel button
2. File downloads as .xlsx
3. Open in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Export to PDF

1. Click PDF button
2. PDF file downloads (landscape format)
3. Print or save the PDF

Print Data

1. Click Print button
2. Browser print dialog opens
3. Select printer and options
4. Print the table

Searching Data

Global Search

1. Use the search box above the table
2. Type any value (ID, Project, Vendor, etc.)
3. Table filters in real-time

Sorting

1. Click any column header
2. Sorted ascending (arrow ↑)
3. Click again for descending (arrow ↓)

Pagination

Change Rows Per Page

1. Look for dropdown: "Show X entries"
2. Select: 10, 25, 50, or 100
3. Table updates with selected rows per page

Navigate Pages

1. Use pagination controls at bottom
2. Click page number to jump
3. Use Previous/Next buttons

Troubleshooting

No Data Shows

• Check filters - Filters might be restricting results
• Click "Clear Filters" - Reset to see all available data
• Check user role - Verify you have access to BOQ module

Can't See Column

• Scroll right - Table may have horizontal scroll
• Resize window - More columns visible on larger screens

Export Not Working

• Check browser - Use modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
• Check JavaScript - Enable JavaScript in browser
• Try different format - If one fails, try another

Tips & Tricks

1. Multi-column sort - Combine filters with search for precise results
2. Export filtered data - Filters apply to exports too
3. Large tables - Use filters to reduce rows before printing
4. Mobile view - Horizontal scroll available on small screens
5. Keyboard navigation - Use Tab to navigate, Enter to select
